i cant tell you how many times i have wanted to pick up one of those axial scorpions... but everytime i reconsider it because for $300 i can do something else to my jeep...

edit specs on the black tj rc crawler
axial chassis/axles, mamba max ESC, integity 45t motor, tq3 radio, visionary fab dig kit, new price jeep body or atleast whats left of it, and homemade batteries from laptops(not in top pics) best mod to date

I have a long list a bunch of Tamiya touring cars, Team Associated cars 2-TC3s, RC12L, RC10B3, RC10T3, RC10GT Team Edition, original RC10 and RC12, RC10DS, HPI NRS4 Pro with Pro 2 front suspension, Yokomo MR4-TC converted back to a Rally car, the closest I have to a crawler is my Clodbuster with a ESP racing chassis.

My Clod on top of my MR4-TC

I do on occasion take the Clod out wheeling with us.

Shot of my favorites, missing are the nitro cars too messy for the light colored carpet

if i had some rocks like that in my backyard... i'd probably have an RC crawler too...

nice ride, btw

I bought a Losi Mini Crawler bought 2 weeks ago. I figured I would start with a smaller one and hand it down to my son when I decide to go to a 1/10 scale. Ihave already swapped motors, new shocks and springs, high clearance lower arms, aluminum rear hubs, front metal locker and more in the plans. I have also relocated the battery and esc as well as dropped the body bout 1". I can post pics up tomorrow.

Are the shocks on the mini the same ones they sell for 1/10's? why did you not like them?

I blew one of the front shocks the day i bought it and I also liked the adjustable and aluminum parts if the upgraded shocks. Know I need to replace my rear locker and rear wheel as I decided to explode them on a damn rock yesterday. I am starting to think that just because its small doesnt mean it wont break as easy lol
