Anyone ever deal with www.rawbrown.com ? They are local in Encinitas and i was going to pick up gear&pinion set from them.
Just wondering about your experience with them and do they give a discount?

Ryan Brown is a regular on the the Yahoo groups 'SoCalXJ.com' a really good guy, and seems willing to help. I haven't purchased anything from him, but he always seems willing to help out. :thumbup:

I bought some gears and a no-slip from him, I couldn't be happier he installed everything while I waited (and watched). Great guy who was extremely patient with my questions and even let me help some (and he didn't even charge extra for my help) He also gave me a great price.

You all should know......I am holding you ALL responsible for his work. Called right after I read this dribble and booked R&P and locker work with him.
Although after hearing about him installing the wrong locker in vehicle in his charge...... :laugh:
I still scheduled with him!!

yes, I have allready taken steps to prevent that from hapening again...

trust me, nobody could be more upset.
but just for the record. the boxes were identical cept for the tick mark. and while the units look somewhat similar. I justshould have had the boxes sitting side by side...:doh:

something like that. trying to save up a little so that I can make a donation. but thats hard to do with my margins.
