Anyone know the height of these pre installation? Found what appear to be a 4.5 set of springs, but need to compare....

any help is more than i got right now.

Rancho only makes a 3" set of coils, unless you talking a different app. then a XJ.

you wouldn't know the pre installation height would you? Thats what I'm looking for...
or how much you think the weight would affect them installed for height?

the other springs i have found I KNOW are not rancho's... looking to go higher...

im running those and initially they gave me the 3 inches but appeared to sag a bit. I got them at woodys 4x4, im assuming you have heard of them since they are in vancouver, but i had to budget boost to 5 but really i was at 4.5 becasue off the springs.
i never measured before but they did appear to be biger when i put them side by side.

I got a pair of what would appear to be 4-5 inch springs off an early explorer I messured them off the rig and compared them to my ranchos in the rig. It looks like I get about an extra 1 1/2 inches. ( thats how much taller they are.) also have an unidentified maker of rear shocks since they are the same as a cherokee mount wise. just trying to create a low budget lift, since I have 2 kids and one more on the way.

Did you like the service you got at Woodys? I know where they are, but have never been there.

Did you already buy them? My first lift had Rancho packs and they sagged bad within 2 months of wheeling. Almost negatively arched and they still felt stiff.

NO THE FRONT SPRINGS. WORKING ON JUST ADDING LEAVES FROM DAKOTAS TO MY ORIGINAL PACK.

service isnt bad there. they know what there doin but they arent cheap. if a budget lift is what your looking for stay away. lets just say i got a 3 inch rancho lift not knowing much about lifting cherokees at the time and paid a grand. When i budget boosted another 1.5 and needed a t case drop kit i went there to see a price. 40 bucks!!!. I said no thanks i will just order one. Same with all the 4 wheel shops around here. Central four wheel drive is expensive to, there serivce is shiatty to. if u want advice woodys isnt bad tho. i thnk naxja gives better advice than them tho. :compwork:
