lol I hate smoking because I can't stop. I quit for long times (a week) then I'll buy a pack, finish it and be okay and quit for another week.

You do know the goverment just put that on the list of drug that professional drivers cannot use.
Have your wife keep an eye on you.

Supposed, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration is doing the same thing. Google searchs for "chantix driver's" comes up with a bunch of news hits, but no links to a government website.

I ran out of cigarettes on Thursday... Haven't gotten around to buying a new pack yet
None of that drug or patch business for me, just good old fashioned stubbornnessI was actually quite surprised that the "needs" pretty much went to nothing on the second day, the only desire left is in my head and easy to resist.
The strangest part about the whole thing is not having a lighter in my left hand pocket! Pocket inventory is always such an important issue!
XJ Stryker said:You must be a light smoker. When I smoke if I even thought i would run out I would buy a couple of packs. I would not go to work without atleast a pack of smokes. When i got home from work i would have to have atleast a half a pack for that night and in the morning. I smoked 30-40 cigarettes a day. I almost didnt do anything before smoking a cigarette. That was just me though I hated the cigarette withdrawal and kept feeding it.

Just been hearing it on XM 171, figured I would pass it on.

I started smoking when I was 11 and am now 28 so I got some years on me, However I did quit for a little over a year whil I lived in Los Angeles (way to expensive and no where to smoke) but shortly after moving back to TN I started smoking again probably due to divorce but anyways I have talked about qiuting for a while now and my kids stay on my arse about it so mark this day on the calender cause I am done ( i hope). The first time I quit It was just about cold turkey, I bought a pack of camel non filters and hated smoking them so much that by the end of the pack 5 days later I was done. Food and tasted diffrent, the beer I was drinking tasted bad and my wife's cat stunk haha. But all in all I know i can do it I just have to stay away from the bars and beer tell i am fully quit again
