You know when some one says..Are you passing through _____ i need to get a part to/from some body..
Is it normal practice to Pay for the part before you pick it up? or does the person picking it up have to pay for it and then its paid for by the person who wants it?

there's a dude that wants me to pick up a tire he hasn't paid for then once i come back then he'll pay me. I'm confused about it...

The person pays for the item in need/want then arranges a train I've never known for someone to pay another persons part and take it to them unless they were friends...

Thats what i thought .. i don't want to get stuck with a 30" tire..

Picking up something for somebody on their behalf? Damn right they're paying for it before before I pick it up. There's only a handful of people that i'd go out on a limb for and spot them the money if it came down to that situation.
