haha wow, i deliver boats for my parents during the summer and i run into some pretty stupid people too for instance.....
took an older couple for their delivery and instruction on operating the boat spent about 45 minutes teaching them about their purchase from startup to shutdown. 2 weeks later the woman calls in a panic saying that nobody ever showed them how to work their new boat and they were very dissappointed, i guess i had a talent for being invisible :dunno:
