Ohh I'll come up with a clever enough idea... With the idea of integrated CB slots, I don't know how much room there will be for another compartment....

Here's a question for you guys, How many of you want to retain the heating to the rear bench seat? I've been thinking about removing the vents, but that would mean no rear heating...

I dont have rear vents in my console... again ive never sat back there lol
BUT i dont have heat anyways lol.
I do like th cb, cupholder, 12v and gauges/switch cutouts

Yes, again the model varies and so I'm trying to find a happy medium if possible, that way its cuts down the costs of production. Thanks for your feedback!

Another question that goes along with the heater vents is: on the models with ash-trays, use them? Don't Use them? Let me know, thanks!

Joking about the cassette slots.

I agree a sidearm is better placed within easy reach, but I like to keep a backup securely stored, or have the option to secure my carry weapon if I'm going somewhere I cannot carry it; gov't building, school, etc.

Dunno how the boss will take it if I say for sidearms...

What is he, Communist?

the current prices are high, but this company is just a few guys in college, or recently graduated. We are currently renting our production facility (it is housed out of one of the campus buildings). With time and more efficient fabrication techniques, we hope to bring the prices down. However, like everything, sometimes you have to pay for quality.

The main thing I was saying about prices is the fact that I feel that you need to set apart from main competitors like tuffy or at least close to. Tuffy consules for the XJ cost about $210 plus shipping. I know you are talking about having a few more options, but $210 is a big price difference from $400 plus.

Due to the constraints of what I can discuss here before being moved to the Vendor section, I'm going to steer away from questions with $$. If you like, I could PM you, with whats different from this project to products like the one mentioned above.

Thanks for your input! With regards to cost, it will be weighed in with all the other factors.

How about a fire extinguisher mount? I almost mounted my extinguisher to my stock counsel i think it would be a good spot for a quick and easy access

That has come up and is being addressed, possibly with the counsel, or with another accessory, thanks!

ohhhh. on the topic of mounts. possibly something for a mag light triple d.

im pretty sure thats like the standard. i know it is for law enforcement.

Thanks, I had totally forgotten about lighting... This could be a possible mount within the lockable console. I appreciate the feedback!

To any Mod,

I have the suggestions/comments I need, if you could lock or delete this thread, I would appreciate it, thanks!
