Project "Rubicon This!"

I thought for sure this piece of shit would have burned itself to the ground by now.
:DIt just keeps coming back. Like a herpes outbreak.

Just some advise on the header wrap. I've wrapped a few in my days and I highly reccomend using some mechanics wire or whatever solid wire you want and wrap about every two inches. Just do one lap and grab the wire with some vise grips, then spin. Do all the spin ties on the inside to save your hands when you are wrenching on the rig.

Also save the extra if you plan to keep the rig and you like having it wrapped. The stuff will become brittle and peel/crack off in a couple seasons.

2 cents from Hank.

Good to know. I have some metal zipties that came in the kit. But they only sent me 5 so I have one on 4 of the cylinders and one at the bottom so I had planned on using worm gears (radiator hose clamps) for the rest of it, but never thought to tie in elsewhere. Thanks.

I know it was edited, but way to add to the conversation. Aaron will be useless 99% of the time. It's good to know that somethings never change :D
Valtrex in the radiator?

Even with proper treatment with Valtrex, it is still possible to spread Jeep-herpes to your partner even when you're not having an outbreak. Luckily my Jeep is monogamous.

As useless as a GM Mechanic without a Torque Wrench! :D

I can has 8.8 with 4.10s and discs.

Now that 8.8 is an open carrier. So, it's missing something. I think this should foot the bill nicely.

Dredging this fugger back to the top. Got a very nice deal on an Advance Adapters SYE a while back. Got it installed today. I'll snap a pic of it Monday to throw on here. This thread has been needing some lovin' for a while.

Pretty sure it's about to get rowdy up in here.
