Getting my ass out of the house after working 9 hours to put some time into this thing in 10º weather is starting to finally pay off :laugh:

Looks awesome. Im so jellous of you guys who have real fab skills.

Just wanted to say, if you had asked me before I built this if I would ever even learn how to weld, I would laugh at you. I had 0 fab experience before this. Just have to pick it up and start practicing/doing it.

So I got the fuel system 99% done last night. Just need to trim 2 bolts to prevent rubbing, and get some more hose for the rollover vent. I used literally all 25ft of the Russell hose I ordered on just the send/return lines :laugh:

You'll also notice the mounted hydroboost/corvette master cylinder.

Here is the cut Superduty rod, and welded MJ rod.

I was originally going to make two straps to mount down on an angle iron base, but Adam had a great idea to sandwich two of the base mounts together. I backed them with some self adhesive 1/4" rubber you can see in the second picture (it's also lined on the bottom). I'm going to use 1/2" threaded rod to connect them.

Also, Adam gave the whole underside of the MJ a coat of Rustoleum hammered black. Almost looks like a show truck now underneath :laugh: At least now I'll know what I ding up first!

Why don't you just STFU and use my trailer? Id have more fun trying to drive red jeep there and back. You have to find your own tow pig though....

Exacty, what tow rig? Why don't you just STFU and rent a 5th wheel that can fit both our Jeeps. The dually dirty max is more than begging for it.
