Project Geosynchronous Orbit

STFU AND WHEEL ALREADY

I wish :(

Nice Colin. I had no idea how you were planing on doing that cell mount but it came out tits. Good work d00d!

Thanks! I think it came out pretty sweet as well.

I'm the designer of this Jeep. Colin is merely the owner/fabricator.

 ONE design and he lets it go to his head!

Thanks for the idea dude

Looks great Colin!!

So--
fuel system
brake system
seats
misc. elect/hdw

start/wheel??

Fuel system is done minus the rollover vent.

Brakes just need plumbing/bleeding

Steering needs plumbing, orbital mounted, column mounted, reservoir mounted.

Entire harness, and battery relocated, as well as dash reinstalled

Lower radiator tabs

Seat mounts

Couple other stupid things, like gearbanger.

I'm not sure which list makes more sense, but its either or I'm sure.
:D

If I don't tow my own MJ, I'm sure as hell not towing your XJ :D

Great looking MJ you have there Colin.

I'm not sure what is more impressive .... the truck, or the fact that the project will take less than a year to complete.

 Thanks Jordan. I've had a good amount of help from my friends too, so I can't take all the credit.

Finished off the cell mount tonight.

Also cut down the stock downpipe, should be able to make something work fairly easily. Slave cylinder bracket is 50% done as well. Just need to trim it out and paint it.

if you had a cage, creepy crawlers or trepadors, and more bling shocks. this would be the coolest comanche in the world. get on that.

and seats.... seats help

BFGs instead? Cool dude. We'll start a club ;)

Those tires will be junk in <1 yr. You're gonna need a spare...or 5.

who builds an awesome trailered rig and runs gay street tires on it?

colin. thats who

yup. that's who! don't worry he'll hate the tires soon enough and shop for awesomer tires :)

$1000 for MTRs or $3000+ for Creepys.

Easy decision for me

If you guys want to donate $3000 I'll gladly buy Creepys :D

buy used, DUH

Got the slave cylinder bracket finished last night, just needs some paint tonight.

Also installed the master cylinder, as well as loosely ran the line down to see where I can route it.

It's a tight fit, but I bolted up the downpipe and it clears, and it looks like it clears the driveshaft at full bump though I'm going to double check that anyway.

My front shocks will be here on Monday as well so I can finish off the front axle with lower shock mounts as well as bolt in my Tom Woods front driveshaft and measure for limit straps.

Sounds good. See you at Gretchen's for Memorial Day :)
