Looks good Gary, what's covering the floor and headliner? Did you spray it with something or use some other material?

I second that, MORE PHOTOS!!

Looks good would like to see the lower part of the A piller, and does it tie in to a roof rack, I see the Pillers go into the roof . . . ?

VERY COOL!!

The floor looks to be covered by what some people call 'carpet'. It looks like the factory carpet. The headliner looks like it is some soft material as well. Maybe he sprayed bedliner under it but it is definitely covered with carpet.

Where's the baby seat mount we discussed? :)

CRASH

URF Rocks, this is serial #0004

Andy, I am retaining the rear seat it looks like it will fit just fine. The leather is too nice to throw away you know. :) The tool box even fits, it did take my favorite tool and a wooden block to get it to cooperate. :)

I am pretty happy with the way the paint came out, first coat was a little inconsistent but when I laid down the second coat it came out really nice.

Heres the passenger side A Pillar its welded onto the halo on the roof, the roof itself, the floor, the rockrail and the psuedo framerails.

I had the factory carpet cleaned and pulled off all the padding, I think it retains a lot of water. Roof stuff is HD special.

I still need to install the seats, swap all the door innards and put the doors on and finish painting and a few odds and ends, I am starting to see light at the end of the tunnel. :)

More pics to come when its finished :)

Thems some fancy handles on your garage cabinets there Gary.

I was going to say the same thing!!! But I figured I've been enough of an ass lately so I'ld wait for someone else to comment on it. :D

I like the color too. Makes me feel like I'm lieing on my back in the middle of a grassy field staring up at the clear blue sky :loveu:

EDIT: Damnit, Chuck already used the :loveu: now I feel stupid.

as the owner of URF 0003, let me say great job !!

Question for you: The diagonal bar that connects the C&D looks like it has a small piece of tube going down to the floor. Is it going thru the floor and connecting to the bumper? I thought of doing this.

Yup its welded to the diagonal bar and the flimsy floor and then to the bumper. As I was leaving URF HQ Andy threw a couple of scrap bends in, I am sure glad he did because I needed them for these.

And in typical URF fashion the C pillar goes through the floor and is welded to the psuedo frame rails.

a couple more:

I had to take the rear seat cover off and trim out some of the seat frame to get it to latch back into place.
