So what are you going to try to do with / for the chapter?

I think that the "club" should be focused around wheeling and building the rigs, how do you feel about this?

I'm not making any promises here. I will do my best in the postition of MWC President. I would like to see some activity geared toward trail cleanup. I have tried in the past and did not get the response from the ORP like I expected.(Namely Redbird) Any place would be great to see that kind of activity, not just Redbird. Now, the privately owned parks can take care of themselves in my opinion. I am speaking of public/state/federal owned Off Road areas.

I have no problem with you having an opinion. None what so ever.:D

I would agree that NAXJA is a Jeep club first and an internet forum second.,We're obviously all here because of a common interest. Discussions that do not pertain to XJ's or wheeling in general, have their place......it's called "Off Topic" or a thread titled "Important".:D
I'm not sure if you are poking the "Meet and Greet" rib here or not. If you are referring to the outbreak of meet and greets, I have no problem with that at all. I think that they are a great idea. Lots of time on the trail there just isn't time to visit. The few that I have attended, we discussed Jeep, and had a good time doing it. No harm in that at all. Anytime a group of individuals can get together and have a good time, and do it responsibly ....I'm all for it.

I think that the main focus should be to bring people together that live within a certain area...ie...the midwest area to go wheelin and have fun. I think it would be cool to see more people getting together and wrenching on other peoples stuff so that more people can go wheelin.

I think its greats that people like you brian get people together and do lots of wheelin. Due to work schedule's I can't always get out of town (I can however get online at work now...shhhhhhhhhh...) and make the trips.

I will do as much as I can to promote the Moab Trip next year. I think it would be sweet to see a giagantic group of people from the Midwest in Moab.

And winterfest is always near and dear to my heart at the Badlands. This to me is the premier Midwest Chapter event. I know there has been much discussion on moving the event and having moved it and moving it back. I like it in Attica...I'm always open for discussion...but I do like it in Attica.
