yeah. The fundamental problem I had with her running last time was if she had won that would have resulted in the leadership of the country being controlled by two families over the course of 24-28 years.

If that was the case, might as well stayed a monarchy instead of having that revolution a couple hundred years ago.

I had a friend who had a baby in high school through questionable circumstances. I'm sure she thought about abortion, but she chose to carry the baby through and give him up for adoption. For every woman who gets pregnant via rape or other undesirable means, there are likely hundreds who desperately want a baby but are unable to conceive. Why not turn your bad situation into a blessing for someone else? It would be great if when bad things happened, we could just turn off the consequences, but even in your magic button of easy, safe abortions, that doesn't happen. My sister in law used to counsel girls/women who've had abortions and almost 100% of them regretted it. Many had nightmares, most had become depressed. I would recommend embracing the other a word...adoption.
