Here is how I tied my A pillar into the cowl. I just ran some angle iron onto or as close as possible to the door hinges and around all the other spot welds.

The front bumper/crossmember is removable and sticks out no more than 1.5" past the front of the grill insert.

It looks like the tube is welded to the front bumper/crossmember. How is it removable?

Turned out nice.

the stinger is welded to 2x4" plates which bolt to the top flange of the bumper with 3 bolts per side. Picture below:

Just curious, what's making it sit cocked to the side like that? Just the way it's sitting?

Its the jeep lean. All the cool jeeps are doing it.......


From what I have seen they all lean a little after a few years. I think the suspension is sagged a bit on the passenger side because of the engine torque. I measured the lean last year and it was about 1.5 inches. I suppose I could swap the springs side to side to level it out, but I'm not really concerned.

lol! That's a slightly dramatic lean ya got there. Are you running factory springs or something?

The springs are not stock, they are used and abused 3.5" rubicon express with a small coil spacer and stock isolators the back is RE 3.5 with a small shackle.
