So, now you need to check at the wiper motor to see if you get voltage there. One wire should have voltage all the time to make it park the wipers. So set your meter to DC volts and see if any wires at the motor get voltage. You can test your meter setting by touching the red to the positive battery post and black to the negative. You should read somewhere from 12.5 to 13.5 volts at the battery. Then put the wiper switch on and see if you get current when you ground the black probe and put the red one into the wiper motor plug (try all the sockets). Then you can compare what you find to your years wiring diagram.
