thats nice chuck, real nice.
the pattern is smallish due to the tighter backlash, but is printing well.
I like running a tight backlash myslef, just be real careful during the break-in.
make sure the carrier bearing preload is suffucient...
set up you mag base so that the plunger points to the bolt face of the carrier, and using a long prybar, impose a side force on the carrier, by carefully prying on a suitable spot int eh housing.
the indicator should show absolutly NO deflection.
if there is even a slight .0005 deflection, add shims, in your case, to the side opposite the ring gear.....
