They aren't bad at all. Starps are very good and bolts have surface rust only. Shipping regular mail will be $8.50.

Center caps just sold a few days ago.

The Hood does come with the latches and the release cable to the dash. Too big to ship, but I can get it as far as the north side of Houston (have a job there), or I can ship you just the latches and cables if you want to make me an offer.
