Anyone pics of how you reinforced your front leaf spring pockets? The bolt holes on mine are well worked and loose now :-D I was thinking of just plating it and bending the plate 45 degrees at the front and tieing it back into the unibody and box that in but hell idk. Open to ideas here. Oh and heres pics of the new springs after I trashed my last set. 9 leafs total, double military wrap, rebound wrap, diamond cut...

Either buy or build something like the T&J stiffeners. They connect the spring box to the frame as well as the front upper control arm mounts.

This is the best picture I have right now...

Im not sure if I want to use tube or build kind of a new bracket or something. I have long arms so they mount and the crossmember area with the unibody plated and those mounts tied into the plating.... I remember seeing some badass pockets that were built, but not sure if I want to go that excessive, really dont need to.

Sweet I like those but think they may be a bit overkill. They gave me some good ideas though. Any ideas on plating the outer part of the mount?

Poly performance is the only company I know of that builds reeforced pockets. I need em bad, my spring pockets are collapsing into the floorpan. I am thinking about cutting the whole area away and just having something custom built when i have the $.

Im suprised I haven't heard more about them collapsing. Today is the first time ive found threads about them doing that. Im suprised mine havent started to do that. I wont be home for a couple weeks but maybe I can come up with something to keep them from doin that because I will tell you what, after that home time they just might be collapsed. haha I will try and get video this time but im going up to recover my lost fender flair, and last time I was up there I ended up on my side.... With no damage! Two flops, both times no damage to really speak of! haha

Mine were trashed not only from rock crawling abuse, but rust also. Before the springs poked through the floor I ghetto-fabbed this from rusty angle iron I had laying around. Wraps around the frame rail and ties into the 2x4 rocker replacement, and allows for shackle angle adjustment. Booger welds are mine, good ones done by my pipefitter buddy :D

Guess I didn't get any after it was fully welded...
