i just want to know cause i dont have any recovery gear, i have tow points and i just would hate it for myself to back up everyone on the trail.

I'm sure there will be enough guys with recovery gear. But that might be something you'll want to add to your Christmas list.

i have both axles. i got a 44 and 9" but i just need some bracketry and chevy caliper brackets, knuckles and spindles, then i wont need recovery gear...

My .02-
To go to an ORV park in November with only 2wd is a dumb idea. For this run I think an open-open rig with a set of decent tires will do fine (Scott you’ll have no problems). A quick tug is not a big deal in my opinion, (been there before on both ends). With 37’s though, the only advantage you have is ground clearance, but how does that help with traction (especially with only 2wd)?
I doubt there will be snow (hopefully I'm wrong), but you can guarantee there will be rain. Trails turn from easy to technical with a little bit of rain on them. For a lot of the trails you would be fine, but several spots come to mind where you would have problems (FB5 first section, Hogsback, even Powerline). The throttle down approach also doesn’t make sense to me. Not only does it increase the chance of carnage, but also tears the crap out of the trail.
If I were you, I would come out to camp for the weekend, then grab a passenger seat. It's always a fun time around camp, and on the trails even if you don't have a rig.

I think he meant he wanted to give it a try in 2wheel just for fun, and if that doesnt work out he will use 4. And the 37s will roll over things easier than a smaller tire, giving him a little bit better chance while trying the 2wheel drive approach. Just my interpretation.

they do make reverse cut front Dana 35s I think they are put into rangers. T

Well I will be there at least for some wheeling but not camping unless something goes wrong. I have a family event going on in Lincoln City Wednesday through Sunday so I will be close by. I am praying for snow to test the new rubbers!
