RULES AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE
CHAT AREAS
users agree to the following rules while using the
chat rooms:
Do not harass, badger, heckle, disrespect, annoy, taunt, aggravate, insult, swear at or be rude to any chatter. They have feelings too. And they can mute and/or remove you from the chat room if necessary.
a) You SHALL use your
Forum Username for the duration of your chat session. If you impersonate another Member, User, or any other person/Name, you will be removed from the Chat.
b) You shall not use any Bots or otherwise use the chat for ANY purpose other than to "chat".
c) Making statements that are false or grossly offensive including blatant expressions of bigotry, racism, hatred, or profanity.
d) Indulging in abusive, defamatory or harassing behavior or insults or personal attacks or threats of harm to anyone or promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual.
e) Promoting or providing instructional information about illegal activities. You also may not indulge in activities that infringe upon anyone else's copyrights). Specifically, you cannot advocate illegal conduct or participate in illegal or fraudulent schemes. You can't use our chat rooms to distribute unauthorized copies of copyrighted material, including photos, artwork, text, recordings, designs or computer programs.
f) Engaging in sexually-explicit chat or nicknames that would generally be considered offensive in a public place.You shall use your
Forums Username for the duration of your Chat sessions.
g) Impersonation of or false representation of yourself as a
moderator ircOp or BOD Officer.
h) Harassing or any other form of contempt, discourtesy,impoliteness or debate with any OP or forum Moderator will result in your removal from the Chat rooms.
i) Posting or transmitting of unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation to other users, in these chat rooms, except in those areas that maybe designated for such a purpose, is strictly prohibited.
j) Discussions should concentrate on topics relevant to each room (i.e. Club Chat in #main, etc.), except for the Channels created for that purpose. Any unauthorized channels may be removed at any time.
k) Any abuse of irc services or server will result in a permanent ban.
ANY VIOLATION OF THE ABOVE RULES AND CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF CHAT ROOM ACCESS PRIVILEGES FOR THE OFFENDER.NO COMPLAINTS, BREAK THE VERY SIMPLE RULES, YOU LOSE CHAT PRIVELDGES.
