Parting Out 92 XJ Cherokee Laredo 4x4

I'm parting out a 92 XJ Cherokee Laredo 4x4 - make offer on parts.
Posted on Craigslist on 22 Aug 2010 as well.

I have the following parts:
 Chassis with Dash, windshield and wiring harness – with clean title (smogged and registered for 2010 before disassembly)
SOLD – The front fenders are SOLD
SOLD - The Dana 44 rear axle and the Dana 30 front axle are SOLD

 4.0L I-6 engine - approx 250K miles - was running when I pulled it out. (worth $300 core charge on engine exchange).

 All engine peripherals and brackets available:
starter, alternator, distributor, AC pump, intake manifold, exhaust manifold etc.
SOLD – the power steering pump and AC compressor are SOLD.

 4 rear drive shafts (3 stock, and 1 from 5" lift kit).
Sold – the front drive shaft is SOLD

 Doors,glass, hood, trunk lid

 RockKrawler 5.5” mid arm lift kit – cpmplete 3 link front end, and leaf spring rear.

 Mile Marker 8000lb winch with remote control and roller fair lead, winch bumper

I have the Rock Krawler XJ 4.5" "Factor Plus Long Arm System" to the best of my knowledge. It includes all the parts needs to lift your rig. It has the shocks, springs, arms, adjustable track bar, brace, bolts, etc.
When looking it up on the web, it shows that it costs $2399 to buy. If figure I'll start by asking 25% of the new price for it.
I can send you more info and pic's if you send me your email address.

First, GrimKeeper, thanks for moving the thread. I appreciate your help.

Next, to answer the queries:

When I got it I thought it was a 5.5" kit, but I can only find info on the web for a 4.5" lift. It may actually be a 5.5" lift (as I thought because there are spring (cup) inserts to boost the height. The kit is complete, and I'd like to sell the whole kit - and not split it up. It was taken from a fully operational jeep, and not damaged.

Next, the interior is Grey - and I do have the grey dash. Do you want the whole thing with gauges and panels, or are you looking for the dashboard part only.

Yes, I believe that the alternator will fit a '96 (according to a mechanic friend of mine anyway). He said to get a picture of the electrical connector to determine for sure.

Looking for someone who needs a cherokee shell. I was thinking that a VIN and a matching clear title might be useful for someone building a rig. It's had the axles, engine, trans, doors and suspension removed. Right now it's on a flatbed trailer to move it. It's really light weight - we moved it onto the trailer with 4 people. I'm hoping someone needs it - else I'll take it to the scrap yard for recycling in a week or so.

I could use the shell with a clear title, as I think i'm going to get smacked with back fees on the one i'm getting ready to throw my parts into, but like i said I can't pay for it. I hope you get a nice chunk of change for the shell, shame to let it go but money is money i can respect that.

Hey, I figure that I'm basically looking to sell it just above the scrap metal prices. I figure that it's worth about $60 as scrap metal - so I'm sure we can work something out - or maybe a trade.
