Chuck would just be 'Secretary of Everything'...but then he may not be fond of the term 'Secretary'...so he could be 'Everything'. Then again, you could call him 'Minister of Everything'...but that doesn't sound right. I think I'll settle for 'Minister of Pain' :rof:

Look at it this way, McCain wins this one. He has four years to get credit for the financial turn around that is going to happen, he decides he is too damn old at that point to run for reelection. Therefor Polin runs, she gets the credit...we all love governments that sit atop a surging (or growing) economy.
