I've never organized a group buy before, do I gather everyones information and sent it all to the guy in one e-mail or what?

Thanks for your email regarding the purchase of a console for the XJ. As I am a small producer of Jeep items as a hobby I have not researched the possibility of sending items to the US. I would have to obtain an export licence etc. unless I could send one and class it as a gift or something. I will look into it. The postage and packing would probably exceed the cost of the item. I could certainly arrange for a discount for a number of consoles.
I have looked at your club website a few times as is very good. The club I'm a member of is currently organising a Jamboree in October up in the ranges outside of Melbourne. Hopefully it will be a huge success.
I will send you a few links of some OZ sites if you are interested.
I look forward to hearing from you. In the meantime, I will find out about exporting costs etc.

In Seattle from the 27th of July for 6 days leaving Sunday night on the 1st August while my wife attends a conference ( This is how we can afford to do these trips as her boss pays all but my airfare ). I hope to find a wreaking yard while there to look through for more US only parts for mine. :roll:
Then we fly out to Anchorage for a few days before taking a 7 day cruise back to Vancouver. Then to Hawaii for 12 days before flying home.
When and where is the run? Would so love to come along :farmer:

Thanks for the offer of showing me around but wouldn't you be at work during the day? Just knowing which yards near by the had some XJ's would be of great use though. I hope to contact you when it gets closer then if thats alright.
