I broke that one too somehow. It even started to break my 1100ft lbs impact. Crazy. I've been doing some research tho and I figured out that if I load it up then whack the bolt with a hammer, they say it should pop right off. Worse case scenario I'll cut it off but I think it's gunna work. I'm also going to torch the crap out of it and give that another go. It'll be the first thing I do tomorrow after breakfast so you will have more pics to come and more progress. Thanks for all the the kind words and encouragement Rudolph I really appreciate it.

No problem bro!! Iv had my fair share of issues that people on here have helped me through. And the only other thing that i can think of is trying vibrations of some type, no idea what you could use though :/

With your steering off, hit the opposite side of the pitman arm up and down, trying to wiggle it that way. Use a 2-3lb sledge.

You get that thing off yet? You have me at the edge of my seat. ;)

I had to cut one off before. But it was out of the vehicle and i needed the box itself. If your just swapping boxes then just get another arm and install it on the new box.

Ladies and Gents, Boys and Girls, I have an announcement to make. I GOT IT OUT. HELLLLLLLL YYYYEEEEEAAAAAHHHHHHH! I used a MAP torch and the impact and it popped right off. I would like to thank my parents, my coworkers, and last but not least NAXJA. Thank you, thank you. It's an honor.

Did you make sure the worm gear was centered? I dont remember exactly how many turns it is lock to lock, but find that out and divide by 2 and turn it to that position. Then it will slide right out
