lets see your "oops" moment.

Ill have to get a picture in the morning when its light outside but as we speak my 93 is on the verge of falling on its driver side up to the doors in a creek. Stuck as hell. I would have winched out but it was raing so I left and walked 200 feet to the house and sat on the couch to watch tv. :)

this one was a 40+ mph flop that slid me down the wash about 50 or 60' on my side.

thats all i can find at the moment

Killing my carpet. Wasn't really stuck, but my hood submerged into the water so I killed it. Probably could have started it and drove it out. The buggy that pulled me out didn't even get its diffs wet. I found the one deep spot.

Well, honestly... I have already retrieved it. The day after I posted with my story me and my wife decided to go out to the bar. Got home from the bar around 3:30 to start a campfire. Around 4am my friend showed up and we decided to go get the Jeep. 1. I was walking crooked for some reason and forgot to take the picture. and 2. It was dark outside and the picture would have sucked anyways.

I'll post this from SEVERAL years ago to have a picture. :)

This was right after I finished striping it down to part out but you get the point. This was a 60mph roll. Rolled about 4 complete times. Or at least that's what the Trooper said.

Stuck overnight

Got unstuck

then 4 feet later...stuck again

No way this'll hold for the winch
FordRecoveryTeam49.jpg

HahaHA! It held and I'm free again!

This is what I came out to get before I got stuck

Had to drag it 90* degrees up and out of its ruts before we could get traction for it.

It sucks to have to send something to recover the recovery vehicle. If you had a winch why did you have to wait overnight? Just curious. Winch only work in the daytime?

It does. Thats what happened to me when I went to recover my MJ. Luckily, I was close enough to the road we could hook it to his dually.

i dont think there is anything to hook the winch up to in the middle of a field. lol
unless you have a pull-pal, a winch wont do you any good in a field.

Been stuck more times than I can remember, these were some of the best, at least that I have pictures readily available. Only flopped it once, and that was 2 days before I left on a 3000 miles trip from Ohio to Vegas (scenic route).
