OOPS picture thread.

yeah i watched my 33 roll past me. never saw it stop. never got it back. a random lady even drove me up and down the freeway minutes after it happened. had to buy another rim and tire. luckily i had my D35 axle sitting around so i was able to steal that backing plate. all of the drum components swap to the 8.25 assuming they have the same diameter drums.

How could you not find a 33" wheel and tire?! Were you on a mountainside? Do all of your wheels now how seperate gps trackers on them? Mine would.

it rolled down the highway and across opposing traffic, and some ass clown pulled over and stole it. he had a thread about it in socal. !!!1

yep. someone going the opposite direction came to a complete stop on the freeway and got out. then drove away. thats what i saw so i can only assume he took the tire. :flamemad:

And he posted here about it? Sounds like a bright one. I still stand by my gps idea. Then you could gone a knocked on his door. Can I have my tire back now?

wow that is BS that somebody would do that! sorry to hear about that man but at least everyone is ok

bringin this thread back... this picture forum needs more life to it.

here is the landing that (slightly) bent a brown dog super block bracket (old style) as well as the factory bracket that connects the motor mount to the chassis. Brown dog was awesome enough to replace the part with their upgraded block bracket.

This put my motor sagging in the engine compartment, and into the radiator, and drive shaft rubbing against the unibody.

dragging my entire passenger side down a notch at rausch creek ( i wanted to do it, it was hilarious)

Going around a hair pin corner on Coal Bank Pass and the tire/axle passed me up.

yea, it's pretty scary to watch him wheel lol

mine sucks compared to all of yours, but it's all i have.
broke ujoint when bumping it to slide on my belly across that rock, and it took out my ball joints. only took 15 min or so to get me going again, thankfully.

Been there, done that. A LONG time ago.

Do I get extra points for sketchy highlift jack usage?

Also, I hate mud...

actually it was the most convenient place for mine to happen. the wheels were mostly off the ground anyways. jeep was sitting on it's belly on a big flat rock. just disconnected one tie rod end, swung the tire/knuckle/brake combo out of the way as one piece, pulled out the inner shaft, changed the upper ball joint, reinserted the lower ball joint (pulled cleanly out of the inner c), and we were on our way.

Took me about 3 hours to get it all straightened out. It's a PAIN to thread in caliper bolts when they're covered in mud...
