On board air question

I ditched the stock airbox, went with cone filter.
In that place I mounted a York after cutting and welding an additional pulley on front of the powersteering pulley to power the York.
Works great for me. Still retain my stock a/c.

This is what i'm looking for...lets see some pics or a write up. Sounds like what i need to do.

I have my a/c still and have a York. I moved my battery to the back. I have pictures here somewhere.

Well I still have it but its not working right now. The reel quit retracting. :rattle: So now I'm going to have to find another one that is going to fit and fight with it again. It was a pain in the butt to get to work right.

I am soo planning on stealing that hose reel idea when I get my OBA installed.

I have spent thousands on my jeep and that $30 reel is the coolest thing on the jeep. I guess I should have got a better one that would have lasted longer than 2 years.

2 years is a good run for a cheapy from walmart, I've seen expensive ones that don't last that long.

Isn't it always the simple things that people oooh and aaah over though?

Don't think I have a write up, I did it about 7 years ago.
I'll snap some pics tomorrow and try and figure out how to postem.
The bumpers are tanks and I plumbed it all in soft copper. I went with plastic tube at first but it couldn't handle the heat of the engine compartment.
She gets toasty in there. Time for louvers when I stroke it.
