around 14,650 including the jeep which was 8500, which i overpaid for. of course, that doesnt include all the tools ive bought to do stuff to it and little crap like bolts, steel, paint, etc. hopefully ill only have a few more things to spend money on

well 2,100 for the initial cost, then $100 for skids, then $600 for lift (i ordered the trackbar) and about 10,000 in gas.

Well my wifes 2wd 96 is stock purchased new about 17K

My 87 Laredo purchased last fall off a friend:

Ok first jeep I bought was 87 jeep cherokee laredo. Bought it for 4000
spent 2500 on RE lift and 35" trxus tires. Spent 400 on used detroit and another 300 or more on 4.56 gear for rear dana 44 and dana 30. Bought a used conferr roof rack for 200. Bought rustys k&n for about 60 I guess. New flowmaster and exhaust system 120 and that is just one of them. Oh yeah can't forget the early years were I spent 400 on first 3" skyjacker lift with brand new 31" tires-700 (give or take). Radiator conversion for around 300 bucks. God so many other things I can't even remember---about 4980 give a few 1000 dollars more or so.

New 98 bought last year for 6000. Sold the old one for 9000

Between the bumpers, lift, tires, winch and locker - she knows about $3500 in upgrades over the initial 20 something thousand dollar price. I figure there's about another $2k in upgrades she doesn't know I've spent......
