No pissing contest here!! Just being my wonderful opinionated self!! :yelclap: I used to drive my X-wife crazy because I would go out of my way to find MADE IN THE USA stuff!! I would even refuse to shop a ChinaMart!! Call it what you want but I love my Country and it pains me to see it in the state that it is!! :gee:

That is a DAMN shame!! It is that thought process that has turned this country into a mass of thoughtless consumers!! Cheap just means poor quality, short life span, throw it in the trash kinda shit!!! What ever happened to the industrial giant that destroyed two superpowers on two different fronts at the same time?????? Do you have any idea why the Prison Industry is growing in leaps and bounds? I will tell you why..... Crime pays better than the average job here in this country and your " I do not care where it is made " attitude gives me job security...... THANKS!! There are 12 prisons here in Fremont County alone!! I would rather buy a car/truck that I have to work on/fix all the time that was mostly made here in the States than a higher priced/quality car/truck made in a foreign country!! My father has a 1963 W200 with well over 500,000 miles on the clock that still runs like the day he bought it........ MADE IN THE USA!!!!!! To bad this country if full of " I do not care where it is made " kind of people who FAIL to see the big picture!!! When the economy kicks you square in the nuts, you can say "I helped create this sorry state I am in"!!

You are not looking at the big picture. We are worlds bread basket. We supply 70% of the worlds grain. This has nothing to do consumers. This has everything to do with politicians selling our country one piece at time. Reason the prisons are full has to do with fact that alot parents suck. They more worried about being there kids friend then being a example or some run off. I remember getting the paddle in grade school. I am only 33 I am not that old. If people believe there is no higher power there is no reason to fear anything. Without a higher power there is no right and wrong. And worst thing that happens is they have to goto prison if and when they get caught then who cares. This is life is like breath here today gone tomorrow. I know you don't believe in God so I am not here to debate that. But WWII gen was God fearing gen. Years following God has been slowy removed from our country. As it has prisons fill up. And the plus like 70% or higher of inmates are raised by single mothers. Reason there are so many foreign goods is simple we trade our ag for junk to keep the farmers happy. I build and remodel houses so I don't have to worry about my job being taken by the Chinese. Better chance a robot will do that.

I knew I liked you!! You have some valid points/opinions just as I do! You are wrong about kids and parents!!! I have seen kids that had horrible parents and turned out great! A very good friend of mine grew up with a father who beat him and a mother that was busy screwing everything she could........ well he is now Secret Service!!! As far as right and wrong goes, the heart of man knows wright and wrong without ANY higher power!! It is not fear that men are lacking, it is respect!! Children lack respect for their parents/elders and that is due to the current popular view on dicipline here in this country!!!! I too grew up with the paddle!!! Yes, WWII gen was a more GOD fearing than todays BUT do not fool yourself into thinking that there were no Pagan's around then!! Yes, you are correct about our Government selling us out but the American farmer is only part of the problem! The problem is greed/profit which is better elsewhere and our Government is responsible!! You are correct about your job not being lost to the Chinese, it WILL be lost to the Mexicans as they will work longer for less than you!!! When you have walked a beat here in the prison system you will understand the true heart of man, here Religion is hollow!!

Raptor if the chair you are sitting in is made by 90% ilegal immigrants in the prison can we still call it Made In The USA? It should be Made By Mexicans in The USA.
Just add an American flag to the back ground.
As far as knowing right from wrong I agree every man knows right from wrong. I have no idea why they choose the wrong and go to prison, I have never understood that. They come from all backgrounds and social levels good and bad parents, single parents, foster homes and everywhere else you can think of. I've worked three prisons over the last 10 years and seen lots off different people come and go and I cant explain it. I think most if it comes down to greed and money, looking for the easy buck.
As far as buying American, sure every American should do their part. Show me a light comparable to the one listed that is made in America and I will buy it. Hell just show me an HID light made in American and I would consider it.
The American Farmer is the backbone of the country. When the farmer is doing good everyone else is doing good. We all need food to live, we have to eat with out him we would be spending huge amounts on food produced in South America, and thats a whole different thread. You should support your American Organic Farmer first the rest will follow. Just say no to Monsanto!

i have seen these 1st hand. i plan on buying 4 of them when i can and when i will do, i will ditch the crappy KC's that i have now. these lights are worth the money

I support my country every day with uniform I wear, I'll buy my goods from wherever I want. Talk about companies sending factories over to China and Mexico (and etc) for the cheap labor, well those are American companies doing it. Do they lower the prices of the goods they sell because they are no longer paying Americans to do the work? No, they charge even more. Not only do they take jobs out of our country, but they still charge us full price after they save millions on cheap labor.
How many American cars are still built in Detroit? VW started in Wolfsburg, Germany and while they have factories elsewhere the bulk of their production is still in Wolfsburg. BMW started and still is in Munich, Audi began and continues to build cars in Ingolstadt, and Porsche is still in Stuggart. Why can't GM, FORD, and Chrysler still make the majortiy of their cars in Detroit? Why is it that the Unions that were started to protect the American worker from greedy corp's have themselves become so greedy that they are now hurting both the American worker and the Corp that tries to employ them? Why can't the big 3 make a car worth taking some real pride in? Why does our President think he has the right to meddle in the affairs of our private business? Why is it that our Capitalist country has always been protected by a Military that uses Communistic pay scales? Why does the Military Pay scale make more sense than our Capitist Corporate Machine?
I can go on, what it comes down to is there needs to be quite a bit fixed in our country. That being said if you don't like it and you can get the heck out. I'll be glad to show you the door.

I never questioned your Patriotism Dutch, only your shopping ethic!! Remember wearing the uniform does not mean you support your country, it only means you defend it!! There are some among the uniformed that appear to be loyal servants of this great country but undermine it whenever possible!! There was once a socalled patriot who joined the U.S. Army, became Delta Force then dissapeared......... He turned up in the Middle East training terrorists!!! The big three do produce some cars/trucks worthy of American pride! Greed and Lust are killing this country not to mention a heathy dose of stupitidy!!
