Hoag Gun works in Canoga Park, old timer and he does amazing work. He re-blued my rem 870 and my browning hi-power and they came out awesome. Rebuilt a trigger assembly on a friends 92F.. Trust me, if you want quality work go down there. Ill search for my invoice and get u the #, or just call Turners Outdoorsman in reseda and ask for his #, they use him also.

Hey Scott stay away from Bolsa Gunsmithing; they are expensive and have butchered both of the guns I've fired that they worked on. One was a Colt Combat Comander that had the ramp streamlined and the action worked and it stuck in condition one and wouldn't clear and the other was a Remington 11-87 police they installed a simple speed loading ramp and during the first match it spit the entire assembly out on the ground.

might want to check out mikes gunsmitthing in long beach. I know thats what all the guys at the firing line recommend. Never had personal experance over there yet, partially because they are closed by the time i get home. If you do get over there can you check if they can get an extractor for a High Standard - SPORT KING CARBINE A102 ? What parts of HB are you in?

Examine the hammer hooks, the scear hooks, and the trigger bar and linkage carefully - it probably just wants deburring.

It's amazing what you can do with a little know-how, and some carefully applied polishing... Something like a box-stock M1991A1 giving you a clean 3# trigger, perhaps? I could have gone lower, but that woud have been more work (and 3# is already considered 'light' for a carry piece - but it's what I'm used to...)

Note that this trigger was done with no parts replacement, and only clean-up and polish work...
