Hey I posed this in the OEM but I was wonderng if any one locally may have an Idea?

Not until you post pics of the new rig..........

I'm surprised that the new CPS didn't take care of it. Check for good grounds. Did you get the copper braided ground strap from the back of the head to the firewall connected? Ground from the neg. battery to the inner fender still in good shape (ie: not corroded?)

Check your relays too.
