Does anyone have the part#'s for up-country springs?

Front: 52088104 and 52088105
Can't find the number for the rears. I'll have to look in the shed for a number on the springs when it stops raining.

Front shocks: 4897412AC
Front coils: 52001793
Rear shocks: 04886509AA
Rear leafs: 52002392AB
The rear springs have been grouped/changed to only 4 different part numbers: standard, heavy duty, off-road 1 and off-road 2. The off-road is the Up-Country package. I’m not sure about the differences between the two off-road springs. One of them might be for the Up-Country tow package and the other one might be the Up-Country standard.
The shocks are also special for the Up-Country package. They are a little longer. They used to be made by Bilstein.
