OBD Scanner- Open/Closed loop

I was just looking to see if Torque was available for windows, and found this great looking resource sight for all OBD-II software:

And the easy way to get into open loop is to disconnect the O2 sensor(s), LOL!!!!

Or you could go SUPER low tech and put your hand on the EVAP purge control solenoid next to the AC low pressure switch. In closed loop you should feel the solenoid clicking fairly rapidly to purge fuel fumes from the canister.
