OBD code- P0113- HELP!!!

99 Cavalier 2.4L, z24 AT 45k

Intake Air Temperature Sensor- circuit high input??? is what P0113 is? What does that mean (especially high input!!!)?

I know where the sensor is- my wires were broken off of it so I respliced them onto the IAT sensor- but my check engine light is still on. Do I need to reset my computer? and recheck it?

Never mind- I fixed the problem. I had some wires break to the IAT sensor between the engine and the air filter. They snapped off inside the plastic coating and there was no way to tell- until I changed the air filter and they finally slipped away from the plug.
