This little peace of lastic hose left me stranded up in the crestline area. I need to get one asap. tried all local jy's and parts stores, cannot find anything! Hoping someone will have one for me, its my dd, and is stuck dead in its tracks..lmk.

BTW it is the line that runs from the master cylinder to the slave cylinder, obviosuly on a manual transmission, 91'

I don't think I have it but I'll check the Chief's carcass tonight.

that same line left me stranded half way up the grapevine, on a buddies MJ, DOH!

we drove it to castaic in light traffic, with no clutch. had a tow truck pick us up there (family connection) BUT, we probably couldve waited till 2am, and drove it the rest of the way, wasnt easy, but it worked.

i will see my friend tonight, i'll ask where he got his replacement (it wasnt easy to find, but he found one)

Ok, here is what you do. Take the old line to a place that makes up SS Braided line, the one close to me is called hose man I think. Have them use the two ends off your line and put then onto the ss braided line of same dia. Dont try to fix the plastic line it will not work (ask how I know). I had the braided stainless line made for my 92 and it works perfectly, cost me bout $35 if I remember correctly. A lot less that the $150 jeep wanted for a new line.

Damn, knew I forgot to do something last night.

I checked the old Chief and it does not have that line, I must have given it to James when he got my old drivetrain.
