NP231 shift fork pads

[Overdriven]

Anybody having a hard time finding the right shift fork pads for the range fork in a 231? The ones I keep finding have a notch in the center of them and are not the same size as the ones on my fork. My fork has two small holes and no center notch (like the mode fork has)?

Any Ideas what I'm doing wrong or do I need to modify my fork?
