Not allowed pictures???

I have two questions that I can't find the answer to.

My first one, Why can't I be authorized to post pictures in the picture showcase fourms?

My second, When will I be able to post pictures in those areas? I know I'm a newbie but I still would like to be able to post pictures

Any insight would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!

The picture forum is a forum club members (Red user names) and Forum Supporters (Green user names) only.
