Alright just Talked to Steve he doesn't get back into town until Monday May 2nd
Phil can't do April 17th
Howard and Steve can't do April 24th
Steve can't do May 1st.
May 8th is Mothers day

So that leaves April 3rd, 10th and May 15th which is alittle late for a planning meeting.

What is a guy to do???

Just let me know when a date is decided on. If I get new injectors and install them prior to the meeting, I will likely drive.

If not, will kindly ask Hans to pick me up in his cool rig.

Of course, that all depends on if I can get free... but just set a date so I can look at it.

Sounds like we may try for April 3rd, This Sunday. Kinda late notice, but It might be the only way to get the Event, Trail, and Meal Coordinator together.

How does that sound? Be Honest, I know it is alittle late.

So like 9:00 am in Seattle area.

Works for me. There's always Denny's at Southcenter, right off of I-5 on Southcenter Blvd. Let's get a head count and I'll show up early to get us a couple of tables.

There's nothing on Tinkham except for a couple of nasty potholes.

I cannot make it that quick, but PLEASE do not let that stop anything. Unfortunately I have to be on the mainland the following day or so, and missing that much work would not be good.

I am usually available for a phone call if a vote or something critical comes up.

They are red/black and white background. I am hoping to have them back from the printers by Friday. But that is out of my hands now. If I have them inhand iI will bring them Sunday

You Seattle area guys choose the location. And if you want we could head up after the meeting and play in some potholes

My cell phone has speakerphone capability...I can still get a conference call number in the 206 area code setup...then we can use my Cell to monitor the conference.

It's going to be a Toll call for anyone outside (206) but it will work...

Too much complication? We would also need a quiet room to meet (a buffet room or something away from peeps).

this is do-able, say the word and I'll get the number...(it's a free service)
