hey everyone I picked up my buddies Seadoo from him a couple months back and unfortunately I have to sell it, need money for bills. :hang:
Anyway its a 1994 Seadoo XP with a 657X rotax motor, with dual carbs. The motor is a fresh rebuild with only half a day on it. He had it rebuilt took it out and the oil injection pump went on it and started flooding the motor with oil. so he parked it. That was a few years back. I got it about two months ago pulled the carbs converted to premix and deleted the oil metering pump. It fires right up and runs strong. I havent ridden it since I got it going again, but can tell you that back when we use to go out to the river all the time this thing is FAST. I was clocked racing a little speedboat at about 70mph.
It comes on a dual Zieman trailer. Overall conditions of both are good. they do need a little TLC. The Seadoo has a brand new seat on it, but needs hand grips and a good wash job ( I will wash it before it leaves my possession). The trailer is in good shape the carpet on the runners needs to be redone. I am trying to find some carpet scraps to do this myself before I sell it, but no promises it will be done. The trailer also has a locking cargo box and a tray for gas tanks with a rod that goes thru the handles so you can lock them on as well.
I have looked online and others that are similar are selling for $1400 with no trailer and up to $2500 with a trailer.
