Okay, we've had some time to think about it, so I guess I should open the floor (forum) for nominations to fill the office of chapter treasurer for the unexpired remaining term, which will be from election through 2004.
I'll have to get with our web guys about setting up a vote, but we can do nominations in the open forum. Let's say we're open for nominations from now through midnight EDT on Sunday, 22 June.
Joe A nominated Mark "Lawn 'Cher" Seidman in the other thread. We need a second to that nomination.
The floor is open to other nominations as well. Before nominating someone, however, please discuss it with that person directly to be sure they are willing to accept the nomination. There's no point in nominating someone who doesn't want the job or who won't have the time to do it. (Not that it should require a lot of time.)
