Light Blue Metallic '86 Cherokee Chief w/2.5l / Selectrac. Should be a decent beginner rig for my son! It needs a water pump right now...got it tonight, will install in the next couple of days.

Any suggestions for a mechanic in the Whatcom area? AutoTech on Meridian & Axton? I always see 4X4 - Jeep type vehicles at his shop...

Not sure about that place but I had good luck with Napa Care Center(not sure of the name) on Pole Rd just east of Meridian.

My shop uses Dave's Rolling Stock in Ferndale.but they are quite expensive, $65-$70 an hour.

Yea I am from Lynden and Matt98xj is from Bellingham (whatever happended to him?) Plus there are at LEAST 10 more XJs up here in Whatcom county. I don't know any of them, just pass them on the street

Hey guys. I'll be back up there in Feb. I'm down in Tampa, Florida right now. I've been down here working, and staying with a few friends. Looking foward to coming back up. It's too hot, and flat down here.
