New Rig soon but Needs Front bumper

Hey guys the 89 Cherokee is gone, and just waiting for paperwork on a 95 ZJ. The ZJ has a 4" lift on it but it needs a front bumper on it don't want stock look would like a winch eventually. What would you suggest that's under $600, and yes I know that's a stretch. I would like any advice on this.

If you are able to I would hit up the steel yard on 4th plain and build one. the tall guy with the yota there made the brackets for my bumper cost 40 bucks. I might of spent another 60 bucks on steel, plus 30 on misc cutting wheels and grinding wheels.ended up with what I wanted in a bumper. just a thought
