New registration form?

It seems like a while back someone had decided that there needed to be a trail fee associated with this event even though originally it was going to be free. Am I wrong in thinking (again)? If so, where is the new registration form reflecting this change? I can only seem to find the old form.

Trail fees...

you can thank the BLM for that. gets nothing but a headache. BLM has arbitrarely imposed a daily trail fee on all groups using "their" land.

We only have one registration form, and it does not include any of the trail fees. Any trail fees will be collected when you sign up for a trail in Moab. The BLM is charging $4 per day per person for any event trail run, because we are large enough to require a permit. Because we don't want a family with two children to have to pay $16 per day for runs, we have decided to collect $5 per vehicle per run, and we will pay the rest out of other event proceeds, like the raffle.

If you go out on your own to do some sightseeing, or you and a couple of friends run something not associated with the event, there is no fee.

Please buy some tickets for the Sweepstakes XJ, and order some t-shirts, as this is how we are paying the costs involved with putting on this event, including much of the trail fee.
