I really like this bumper. It is very similar to a hidden winch mount I have been sketching out for my MJ. I do have a few questions since I don't think I could build a mount as well as you for the price.

When using your basic, non integrated design as a hidden winch mount, how far from the bumper will the stock bumper sit (as in a hidden winch application)? I asume it will sit in the factory location utilizing the factory bumper mounts, but I want confirmation. With this set up, how far will the flipped D-ring mounts sit outside of the stock bumper? Are they vertically centered?

I have not done one and there will be modifications needed to your factory bumper. So thats kind of up to you to make work. I know it will work because the frame rail profile hasn't canged but I'm not sure of the measurments and such.

I have a new fairlead that will be available within the next month or two. It will be made of a lubricant impregnated composite and will work with BOTH synthetic and steel winch lines. I will be having a model cut spicificly for this bumper. I will also be working on styles to fit conventional fairlead mounting systems too.
Trail testing should start next weekend. So I am hoping to start prodution very soon. :smokin:
