Death Valley? Did someone mention Death Valley? My Spidey sense perked up.

Will be out there March 22-31. Actually Panamint Valley, but half of what Travis did was in Panamint Valley. Death Valley is mostly for pavement pounders. There are some interesting trails in PV. Not the Hammers, but good enough, with interesting stuff at the end.

Travis, you covered a lot of good territory in a short amount of time. Don't you love the gas prices, especially at PSR? I'm good friends with the owners there (no, no gas discount).

I'm planning a trip to Death Valley next November if you're interested.

I could use some ideas too. So far only have the first day planned. Keeler to Cerro Gordo to Hunter Mtn. to the Racetrack.

When in November? I am always at PSR for Thanksgiving. They do an awesome free-will offering T-day dinner. Should not be missed. We usually come in the Monday or Tuesday before, and leave on Sunday ofr Monday after.

I remember paying out the nose for gas but not caring one bit because I was loving it out in the desert.
