OK pic's. Not sure why you think you need that much lift for 31's. I ran 31's w/2 inch BB.

Sweet XJ Welcome!

You need an SYE. Take off the spacers and the shackle if your just going 35s. Bumpstop and trim. Uptravel is overrated anyways.

i plan on doing a SYE i just waiting for money
will prolly end up running rustys 8.5-9" coils
might eventually get around to 4 linking the rear:laugh3:

Nice start.
For 33s:
Lose the front spacers.
Lose the T-case drop.
Lose a leaf from the spring pack (hopefully you end up around 4.5" w/ the shackles.
Trim.
Buy a SYE.
Wheel the hell out of it.

For 35s:
You don't wanna know.
The the $ goes up exponentially if you actually want to wheel this thing on 35s. The percentage of time wheeling/time wrenching also changes dramatically.

Oh and BTW, you don't "get around to" linking the rear of an XJ.
If done reasonably right it may be the biggest project you'll ever do.
Ask how I know.

Sorry for the rude welcome but you did ask.

New here as well, Kinda

If you could be so kind.....Please inform the rest of us where you have found this never ending cash supply. I've looked and yes, I even searched NAXJA,.....but I've yet to find it. Thanks, any help is appericated.

For the record, no one in the MWC has 10 inches. We had one member that had eight, but he moved to Cali.:D
