NEW AND OLD GET TOGETHER

Could we meet the 2nd? Somewhere 1/2 way between everyone?

The guy who covers for me has the 2nd off already, so I wouldn't be able to take time off to meet everyone. How about the 29th, 30th, or sometime between Monday the 5th and Saturday the 10th?

Ok, so the way I see it -- Josh and I are pretty free for whatever time. Israel can do weekday mornings or weekends. Tom can do Wed, Thur or Fri. and I'm not sure what Spencer can do.

So let's pick a morning on the first week of January (I'm guessing the 7th, 8th or 9th to fit Tom's schedule). Israel and Tom, which day would work for you and what time?

Steve's alter ego? :D I will take time off work to meet with everyone, but it can't be a day that the other supervisor I work with already has off or there is no one left to cover the shift. So far, he only has the 2nd and 3rd off.

How about Saturday the 10th? We can meet for breakfast and hit the bank afterwards, similar to what we did last year?

There's a chance that I may not be working this Saturday (the 3rd), but I won't know until later today or Friday.

Mornings during the week do not work for me at all. I am at work everyday at 8:00 am Saturdays would be the best or sometime after 5:30 on a weekday.

Looks like I have tomorrow off after all. Late notice, I know, but how does tomorrow work for everyone else?

I can meet at any time today but I might not get around to reading this thread in time, my phone number is 801 783 7269, call or text with time & location if everyone agrees on a meeting.

Just a question -- do we have to all be at the bank at the same time to switch sigs on the account? At my office the bank knows us well enough that we actually just pick up a signature form and bring it back to the office for everyone to sign when we are making changes. It might make getting the bank account changes made a little easier, then we can meet to discuss the rest of the details at some random time like 1am when none of you are working. :D

If we have contortions to go through with the present Bank to get this done lets consider changing to Steve's Bank. If there is a way we get the transfer done and then add someone later due to conflicting schedules it might be worth pursuing. Since I am on Nights 6:15pm to 6:30am Sunday to Tuesday the idea for 1am meet has my vote. I could just take extra time on work days for lunch while we meet at 1am.
