You should practice on welding my RE trackbar bracket on my rig so it doens't shift and clunk every time I go around a corner :)

Try growing some man-muscles and torque those bolts down ya goob.

Also, slow down when negotiating those mall parking lot speed bumps. As much as you'd like to think so - they're not considered "wheeling obstacles" and shouldn't require a lot of right-pedal to get over.

:D

they're torqued, but the holes on the RE bracket are slotted in case my junk is bent up like the stuff you drag home, so it'll fit. And they slide back and forth on those slots. When the axle shifts it kind of throws the alignment off....
I would have slotted one this way | and the other this way - so it could twise a little and not slide side to side but whatever.
Another local guy said he had the same problem. I need to just buy a damn welder.

He says cut the old stuff off and weld on the new stuff. So basically he wants help with set up and install...and he'll sure as hell practice his welding on phillip_g's junk! LMAO

If I wasn't up to my ears at the moment, I'd be interested in seeing what-all is involved with setting up one of these. Does the kit come with destructions, or is it fab by osmosis?

I see ya I'm trussing my D30 but not using a kit or the TNT setup. might only really truss to one side not sure yet. I have the metal to do it just gotta get the garage cleaned out and other projects done. I was hoping to have alot more stuff done for moab trip in may but it's not looking good.
