Need to find: Truck Tool Box Latch/Lock

Hello i was looking on the "Internet" and came across one of your posts asking about a tool box. I just purchased a tool box today and I'm having the same problem. Didn't come with keys and but it is open and i was trying to fix it up and get some new hardware for the box............. So was wondering if you ever found anything. Funny thing is i had to look at my tool box because it looks just like yours but alot more rust lol. email me thanks sandiego area. Couldn't email you so had to sign up.

I found mine from a local lock smith. The lock was a Chicago Lock unit, these locks are still in production. It only took a couple days to get the new assembly.

a lot of times you can get locks at hardware stores and get keys cut there too
