I'm sure that Pull-a-Part has several XJ's on hand. You can probably get the glass for $20.....

There's a Pull-a-Part located on Buford Highway just north of 4 Wheel Parts.

Go with the plexy. I got a grinder if you need it and can show you the string trick.
